Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) von All About Cats

All About Cats provides support for cat owners on issues like behavior problems, living space optimization, integrating new cats, multi-cat households, and advises prospective cat owners.

All About Cats unterstützt Katzenbesitzer in Fragen zu Verhaltensproblemen, Lebensraumoptimierung, Integration neuer Katzen sowie Mehrkatzenhaushalte und berät auch angehende Katzenbesitzer.

Services are booked via a contact form, email, or telephone. A contract is formed with the confirmation of the appointment (phone call or home visit).

Die Buchung der Dienstleistungen erfolgt per Kontaktformular, E-Mail oder telefonisch. Ein Vertrag kommt mit der Bestätigung des Termins (telefonisch oder Hausbesuch) zustande.

Scheduled appointments are binding. Fees are based on the rates listed on the website. Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur a 50% fee, and no-shows without cancellation incur a 100% fee.

​Festgelegte Termine sind bindend. Gebühren richten sich nach den auf der Webseite ausgeschriebenen Tarifen. Absagen oder Verschiebungen sind bis 24 Stunden vor dem Termin kostenlos. Bei Absagen unter 24 Stunden fallen 50%, bei Nichterscheinen ohne Abmeldung 100% des Honorars an.

Silvia Felici reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary (e.g., illness). An alternative appointment will be offered, but All About Cats does not cover any costs already incurred by the client.

Silvia Felici behält sich vor, Termine bei Notwendigkeit (z.B. Krankheit) kurzfristig zu verschieben oder abzusagen. Es wird ein Ersatztermin angeboten, jedoch übernimmt All About Cats keine Kosten, die der Auftraggeberin bereits entstanden sind.

Prices can be adjusted by All About Cats at any time. Current rates are available on the website. Payments are made after the consultation via TWINT, bank transfer, or cash.

​Preise können von All About Cats jederzeit angepasst werden. Die aktuellen Tarife sind auf der Webseite einsehbar. Zahlungen erfolgen nach dem Beratungstermin via TWINT, Banküberweisung oder bar.

All information about clients and their cats is treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties.

​Alle Informationen über Kunden und deren Katzen werden streng vertraulich behandelt und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

All About Cats is not liable for any damages or injuries to persons, animals, or objects that result from the implementation of the consultation recommendations. Responsibility for the animal remains with the customer at all times.

All About Cats haftet nicht für Schäden oder Verletzungen an Personen, Tieren oder Gegenständen, die durch die Anwendung der Beratungsempfehlungen entstehen. Die Verantwortung für das Tier bleibt jederzeit beim Kunden.

The services of All About Cats are advisory in nature. No healing or success guarantees are given. Success depends on the cooperation of the client and the persons living in the household. Cat behavior consultation does not replace veterinary treatment.

Die Dienstleistungen von All About Cats sind beratender Natur. Es werden keine Heilungs- oder Erfolgsgarantien gegeben. Der Erfolg hängt von der Mitarbeit der Auftraggeberin und der im Haushalt lebenden Personen ab. Katzenverhaltensberatung ersetzt keine tierärztliche Behandlung.

All About Cats may change these GTC at any time. The jurisdiction is the court responsible for the location of All About Cats. Swiss law applies.

All About Cats kann diese AGB jederzeit ändern. Gerichtsstand ist das für den Firmensitz von All About Cats zuständige Gericht. Es gilt Schweizer Recht.
